What fabrics do you use for your toys?
We mostly use minky plush, but also use polar fleece, felt and printed cotton.
What size is the lovey triangle?
We do not have a standard size for the triangle. You can make it as big or small as you want. Also many of our clients chose to do other shapes like square and attach the head in the middle. Just get creative with it.
Why is there 7x12 and 8x14 JEF format missing from some designs and what to do about it?
The digitizing software we use does not recognize the bigger Janome hoops and does not export as JEF for the bigger sizes. If you own a Janome machine with larger hoops you can use DST file or use Janome embroidery software to convert PES to JEF.
Missing limbs?
If you bought a design and somehow we missed putting the limbs in the zip file don’t worry, they are compatible in the collection. Fot the example you download a doll design and it’s missing the hands. You can download another doll from the freebies section and use those hands.
Of course if you notice these kinds of things we always appreiate a message as a heads up so we can fix it.
Where are the bows?
In some of our designs you may see some ITH fleece bows. You can get them as a FREE DESIGN in our freebies section.
